Best brand and car? Arrma VS Traxxas

Hey, I am thinking of getting a new RC car, I need less begginer car and the ARRMA Typhon I have just keeps falling apart. First motor burnt, had to get new pinion gears as the key inside the pinion was broke. Then the pinion gears I ordered to replace the broken one were manufactured wrong so the key is on the wrong side.
So, ARRMA or Traxxas? Both seem to have great reviews on their products. I'm looking in electric cars still, budget is 200-600. Wanting speed and/or off-road. Any suggestions on the model?
Either factory built or assembly required fine

Lol, I just have been wearing this car out too much. Had it for 2-3 months, it has been under a lot of stress

I find race kits are easier to work on and maintain that the RTR brands. I’d recommend a proper 1/8 scale, beat the hell out of it and fix as needed.

you see a good maintained rc does not wear out its maintained.. i have a gtp v2 thats my speed car i run it almost every week in drag races 600 feet and speed runs were it hits 160 mph. its 8 years of running HARD. I've replaced bearings wheels pinions .
