I bought a hangar 9 12 volt battery for my losi bump box and my 960 super brain only charges up to 8 cells will it still charge the battery ? i have a really small battery charger "trickle charger" that i use to charge the battery's in my bass boat you think i could use it ?

You cannot use the 960 to charge your hangar 9 gel cell. You can however probably use the small trickle charger to charge it. Check to make sure it can handle "sealed lead acid" batteries.
