Ansmann Hogzilla 28 Starting Problem **SOLVED**

Hi everyone,:\

I have a Ansmann Hogzilla which I have broken in and driven before for a good 2 hour, however after a few days of not using it I tried to start it and it is not starting.

1. I have check and it is not flooded,
2. The glow plug is perfect
3. Nothing in the engine has broken
4. I prime it with good amount of fuel
5. And my needle settings are set to factory
   
   
   However the truck is just not starting, I have tried the hair dryer technique, but still no luck...
   
   Would be thankful for some help and advice, Thanks.

hi i have a ansmann .21 engine and there a very difficult engine one day i give it a really good tune the next it is either running rich or lean but if its having problems starting try taking the air filter and pouring a few drips of fuel in the carby

yea there is another guy on this forum who has a ansmann .28 engine and he got it second hand but he has a had so much trouble with it otherwise have you changed the glow plug if not test it put it flat on the ground the put the ignitor on it and see if it glows orange?

Problem SOLVED

Thanks for your reply, I managed to fix the problem by opening the engine, cleaning it part-by-part and then putting a small amount of fuel into the glow plug hole and the carb and then by priming good brand new 30% fuel into the engine i managed to fire it up.
