AliExpress sucks.

Nowadays there are ebay sellers that drop ship it from Amazon. I guess they have a Amazon Prime commercial account & can get stuff cheaper than I can, list it on eBay for a competitive price there, & drop ship it. Arrives in a Amazon Prime box or bubble mailer & they never touched the item, sit at a PC & make money off of every item sold.

It works for ppl like me who won't deal with Amazon.

I have been very lucky, I haven't had any issues using ali, ebay, and only two mishaps with Amazon in thirty years. Friday i ordered some stuff from Amazon and it was here same day.

I am careful on ebay, always read feedback, Ali express is the same, read listings carefully and check other sellers of same item to see who sounds the most legit.

Not just AliExpress... a person is rolling the dice with any package nowadays. You should've seen my popcorn order arrive from Amazon the other day .

My power supply was ordered from Lincoiah Official Store. Ordered Feb 17, arrived at my Eastcoast USA doorsteps on Feb 24. Came in a contoured dense foam block.

One corner of the package seen more road rash than the other corners. I did see many power supplies with bent tabs when shopping around/looking at reviews of the many sellers on Aliexpress.

Another 1/2" of packaging foam/material, or double boxed, and a lot of this can be avoided. Packaging "experts" don't care... just get it out the door mentality. It's a pain the butt (sometimes) to go through process of getting money back though.

That is lame, does it even work? I find it odd that the seller is requesting you to send it back FIRST. I havent had any bad experiences with Ali (yet). That is quite the kick in the balls though.
The items that have "choice" on them is refunded and shipped by ali directly. Thats usually what I look for although, sometimes what I wanted was not labeled as such. It was a gamble.
