Has/does anyone use the Motor Saver Air Filter and/or the GRP Tractor Monster Truck Tires? Some comments on their products if you have a spare moment.

Air Filter
Tires

The hex wheel hub destroyed one of my wheels and itself today so I am MIA until I get a replacement, but I have to wait until next paycheck to purchase.

Thanks.

That's the only filter I run on my Revo! Never a problem with it.

MS air filter, but i race. i dont bash.

currently I'm running proline's crime fighter tire, but i just picked up 4 of panther's new switch 2.0's

As for tires, since I'm just a basher, I run Bowties on Maximizer beadlocks with no offset. Plenty of grip on the sand and grass that passes for a yard here.

bashin with bowties?

well u said u dont do any street running..or you just didnt list it

If I bash on the street, I use the stockers, but I'm considering getting some street tires and another set of beadlocks though.

Tire/Wheel help

Hey,
I want to update my tires/wheels but don't know what to do. I am unfamiliar with the different options, etc. Is the only mounting option to glue your wheels to the rim? Foam inserts only? I hear a lot about the Bowtie tires.... The stockers seem sloppy for racing, etc....

Can someone post a short "dummies guide" to tire/wheel setups, with emphasis on racing, covering rims, tires, and inserts? Generally I want to remove weight and add stiffness to them (I think).

Thanks!!

I've been having good luck with my Maximizer Beadlocks. I don't have to glue tires with them. I guess I'm kind of lazy in that area....
