What’s up guys I’m back with a new & bigger engine on my new chassis. I’m having a bit of an issue I have a video to kinda see. My steering problem, I have a micro fail-save installed at the Beginning it was working fine till I started fixing my steering that happened where my car locks up when I steer. I have my fail-save on the throttle channel.

Replace the receiver batteries. I bet they are bad? Low voltage kicked in.

That’s a dirt cheap fail-safe

Is it possible to do a lipo battery or dynamite battery instead?

Problem solved!! Lol thanks fam this alkalines don’t last at all
They last ok in the transmitter, but not very long for receiver/servo use.

I use 2/3A NiMH hump or flat packs in my nitro's.

Helpful to have a switch with a charge jack, if you can mount it somewhere:

Or one with a charging pigtail that you can tuck out of the way:

Does that switch replace the stock one?

I use 2600 Nimh AA cell packs for all my 1/8 and tmaxx. 5000 nimh c cells for gas. Those 1600 2/3 packs I can get for $9 each for my rc10gt

Would I be able to connect a underglow wire on that pigtail, would it work

I have a 2 channel tc-3 have nowhere to connect them I just have them on rn

Does that switch replace the stock one?
Yes.

Would I be able to connect a underglow wire on that pigtail, would it work
No. It's a 2 position switch. When it's "off", there's a connection between the pigtail and the battery pack. When the switch is "on", there's a connection between the battery pack and receiver. You would need a splitter or something at the receiver to have an extra power connection when the switch is on. Like this:
