Acme Cyclone base plate

I have an acme cyclone and I want to replace the base plate on the underside can I buy any plate or does it have to be a certain spec

I know nothing about your car. I did a search and this site on Hot Bodies products is what I found. Not sure if they made yours but it lists several models of the cyclone car. If it is, they list manuals for a bunch of cyclone models.
