i need myself a 3000Mah battery with 7.2v as i already have one but omy other batter has fried itself.... but there is soo many to choose from i dont know where to start

Those packs aren't bad. You can get 4, 3800 tenergy's on allbattery.com for $60. Tower definitely isn't the cheapest place to buy batteries.

There are listings for 2 7.2v 3000mah for 33.98 or 2 7.2v 4200mah for 63.00. Just curious on where you saw 3800s at that price.
