Over the past couple of days I have successfully taken apart the entire truck down to the bare chassis. Cleaned it all up with soap and water and tightened all the knuckles. Now I have it all back together minus the front end. Ordered new bulkheads and chassis braces off eBay this eve. Next need to order sleeve piston and rod kit for the 3.3 and once all is finished I get to go bash the maxx on the backyard track and give my revo a break and thorough cleaning. :D

Did you break the bulkheads and braces or just felt like an upgrade? A good cleaning is always a good idea occasionally. It can actually be relaxing with a little tunes in the background and a few cold 1's

The bulkheads were broken from last owner and one of the braces was just shy of in two pieces. I want to upgrade to aluminum later but for a total of $12.96 with shipping I went with stock replacements. Now I will have a little cash for more fuel for the weekend and a clean truck. As far as music in the background and a few cold ones. I opted for the tv on in background and a fresh bottle of captain Morgan's parrot bay straight on the rocks! Ohh yeaaaahhh...
