I just was handed a Wired magazine with an article in it with Cliff Lett's (head designer at Team Associated) 111mph electric 1/10 scale RC. It has 2 brushless motors, hydraulic shocks and a full cabon fiber GTP body. The hardest part is keeping the tires on the wheels when they are spinning at 15,000 RPM. He also said that you need 1HP to hit 100mph and 2hp to go 110mph.

I never even thought about the battery. Good point.

That thing is going so fast, you probably will only see a streak fo half a second.
