Well racing is done for the season around hear last sunday was the last race for outdoors. Its all carpet now. And i still want to have some fun and run the 1/8 around and not just around my yard. I was wondering how the buggies do at skate parks because i know they like to bottom out and i dont know how healthy that would be on asphalt. Do any of you run them at skate parks juts for fun and if so do you damage your chassis at all??

Ran my Pcr Pro at a skate park and it wasn't that pretty. The jumps are too close to really get air. Luckily there was grass on one end and just used that. I agree on the bottoming out. If you don't peg the throttle WOT then you can still have some fun.

i took my buggy once to a skatepark...was pretty fun on the halfpipes and the ramps, but you get ZERO traction on the plywood. you gotta be really gentle with the throttle. also to combat the bottoming out i filled up the shocks with some really heavy shock oil (i think around 70-80) and some faster springs. actually handled pretty good and the sound wasn't as harsh when it landed.
