Hey all,
I'm new to these forums and I'm finding a lot of information thanks to your help! I'm in the process of breaking-in my engine and I'm shopping the net for a temperature gun.
Now because I'm new to this and my model is entry-level RTR (Kyosho DBX 2.0), I'm not keen on spending big $$$...
I'll be needing a new charger to handle a 6S battery for the big heli.
Any opinions on this one, or any suggestions for another one?

Hey all, I was wondering what kind of temp guns you guys are using. I have this small one from dynamite that switches from F. To C. When it feels like it. I'm sick of it.
Thanks,:)
What chargers are you guys using? Say a 3s at 5000 mah... Would like to find one that uses a/c power.
Also, as far as balancing, do any do this without the "balancers" or does the balancer have to be seperate?
Hey guys, I had an old temp gun, but it tanked during my last time tuning, and I had to revert to the spit method. HATE SPITTING ON THINGS! anyways... I am looking for a replacement, any suggestions?

Ok, in a previous thread I was looking for a charger that had a built in powersupply. Well I ended up winning an ebay auction for a 12v DC power supply that outputs up to 30 amps.

I don't have an electric r/c yet but I am seriously considering a traxxas rally or mini revo for my next purchase. Either car can take a 2s or 3s lipo battery. But in the future I may get an r/c that takes up to 6s. So i'd like a good charger thats reliable, has good features, ac powered, and...

I am fairly new to the electric side of R/C and have some questions about battery charging.
I have a parallel and series connector for the batteries I use on a E-Revo.
My question is: Is there a way to use parallel or series connectors to hook up to a battery charger to charge two...
Well I've been in the market for a lipo charger. I think I'm gonna go with this one. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=7028 Has anyone used it before? And will this power supply work for it? http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=6256
I just bought slowngreen's 18r but now I need a charger/balancer to run it. I don't have much money to spend $20-$30, so I know I'm not gonna find something top of the line.
I'm new to the brushless world, and I've learned I really needed a temp gun to set my gearing so I don't trash my Velineon setup. My LHS is about an hour away at best, and I need it now as it looks like we'll be getting warm weather as soon as tomorrow and I'm dying to run my truck on the lipos...
I'm a T-Maxx backyard basher so far, but I bought a used Savage with a super clean Ofna .26 motor that looks almost new and still has a major 'pinch', so I want to go back through the break in procedures.
I don't want to spend any more than I have to on a temp gun, but want one that is...
