Need help trying to figure out why my losi lst2 won't shift

So I have a MGT 8.0 1/8th scale I got awhile ago. This will be the first summer I've started it in years.. Is there anything I should do before starting it? And I believe last time I started it it would rev high but not move, what could be the problem of that? Thanks!

For some reason when I turn right and hit full brake on my TF-40 transmitter, the RF-40 goes into some set up mode and sends the car flying into a curb. I lost control with that key combination and split my gas tank in two. Any ideas as what what it is? Here's a video

I own a nitro rustler and the rear tires have been wearing so horrible ever since i first got the thing. When i apply throttle they turn into the center. I don't know how to fix this because i only know the camber adjustment. Is there a way to turn the wheels more out so they don't do this?
