Looks nice, but I have the dual SS brakes on my Savage X (kit came with them), and they are plenty strong. They modulate decent, and I am able to do one wheel pirouettes if I stop and turn the wheel.
But these look even better.
 
The biggest problems with the first release of the DD kit were the pads wearing off too fast, and the second version the fibre pads actually start ripping apart prematurely.
 
I have not ran in to any problems with the brake pads on either of my Savages. One thing I don't like about the brake pads you linked to is the Aluminum rotors. I think they may have wear problems....you may just have to try 'em and find out. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. However 16 pounds is close to $30 and then international shipping. I think a bit expensive.
