General RC Information
I've been running this 1/18 for a bit now. I love the scale look of it, lots of details down to the hood opening to get to the battery.
Performance wise, this thing is still stock. I especially like the 2 speed capabilities. My only improvement (and I'm not sure what that is, maybe it's weight distribution?) now is I can't seem to get it to climb up our doggie ramps in the house. I didn't think much of it, until our Redcat Ascent did it with ease
.
Current upgrades include:
- LGRP wheels
- tires
- scale accessories for the roof rack
- Injora magnetic body mounts
- mounts for rock lights, but I haven't yet figure how to wire in the lights.
I'm not totally thrilled with the FMS transmitter, so I'm hoping to swap the tx/rx with the fkysky GT3b I have sitting around.
