General RC Information
Sold off my nitro buggy and truggy at the beginning of the year because I thought I was done racing..
Been putting laps in at the track with my Slash ultimate and man… do I miss burning nitro at the track.
I don’t want to do a full on build. After putting $1100 into a buggy and then spending another $400 on an engine, I would feel that I have to be meticulous about it. That’s why I stopped racing in the first place.
The MP10 readyset should be a good fit. For the price, I don’t think I’ll have to worry about cleaning after every track session, or doing a bimonthly teardown. Hell I probably won’t even preheat the engine after break in.
Just wanting to put in some casual laps and not have to sweat all the little things.
Stoked to get this thing broken in and ripping. This will be my 2nd KExSP engine, I’m very pleased with my other one.
At first look this buggy is actually really solid. A majority of the parts that are machined aluminum with the kit are just stamped steel on the rtr (no biggie). Everything is swappable with the MP10 kit version, so if something breaks it will be an easy upgrade.
The Phillips head hardware is horrible though. That will be getting swapped out.
The body is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice.
