Welcome to the forum! It’s not gas, it’s nitromethane, but give it a good cleaning, fully tear it down and clean, then rebuild it, the engine is most likely seized if you can’t turn the flywheel. @cbaker65 and other nitro lovers can probably help with most other questions!
