My wife and I both had S5's until a little over a year ago when we switched from sprint to google fi. Now we have A71 5G's. I miss being able to replace my battery... will see how long these last... guessing it won't be the 6 years (and 4 batteries) those did.
I bought a remote control tower...
Turbo's to boot! Those things are like gold! Well, not really, but they always seemed to cost twice as much or more than standards. Looks like protek charges the same for both kinds. Can't remember the last time I bought a glowplug... lol!
Just a GDS 46T steel spur to have on hand for my maxx4s. I bought a 50 (or 54) that I never used... oh well. Guess it will be a backup for my e-revo 2.0 since they both use the same gears.
What brand are they?
My wife got me a set of hobbypark (I think) hex and nut drivers off amazon a few years ago. I never used them. Just said thanks and put them in a drawer. lol!
Ordered a probodyrc maxx v2 body so I can get the v2 chassis to make 6S a bit easier to drive, also a sticker sheet:
I'll be getting the yellow body again as I really liked the yellow one I bought that I run currently. Helps it stand out from my bashing buddies in the videos.
Also ordered...
Saw someone put a set of those on a kraton on facebook, the 3.8's. Looked really big for it, but to each his own. lol!
I ordered a 47-49mm motor fan mount. 99% sure my wife got me the hobbywing 4985 1650kv motor for my b-day next month, so it will be replacing the rocket 4092 1650kv I have in...
Get 2, then use 2x12's to make a 6 foot wide platform between them and install a laz-y-boy recliner... then a flat screen.
You know what, just stay home and watch fishing on youtube from your recliner. Way fewer bugs and less water to deal with!
I've been feeling that way about a surpass/rocket 4985 1650kv for my kraton exb... only have 2 or 3 bash sessions on the 4092 I have in there, but even that left me wanting and I'm pretty sure if I try and gear it higher than 19T, it's going to run hot. I have the 4092 in my outcast as well and...
For where I run and how I run, I needed a bit stronger motor to gear it for the speed I wanted. The 4074 2050kv was ok on 6S, but when pushed hard in grass on an 80F day, it would overheat unless I geared it down more than I wanted. The max6/4092 1650kv in my outcast is a bit on the unwieldy...
"I" didn't buy it, my wife did for me for Christmas, kraton exb roller.
I haven't started working on it yet, will likely wait for Christmas. I don't intend on running it until the Spring anyway.
So far I've bought:
4092 1650kv rocket/surpass motor
35mm alloy framed fan for the blx185 (or max6...
Not to mention on a brushless 8S truck... it's going to put a real hurting on your diff->wheel axles as well as the ring/pinion since there will be less likelihood a tire will break traction in extreme instances. I found that out back in the day when I got fed up with traxxas diffs in my t-maxx...
Well... she wanted one because she wants to walk more. Found out she's pre-diabetic, so cutting things out of our diets and making it easier for her to walk without worrying about the weather.
As for coffee, I have a 12 cup kitchenaid that I really like when I use bunn filters that are taller...
My wife likes her Keurig. I don't like any of the coffee that comes out of it, regardless what brand I try. Even my regular coffee in the strainer thing doesn't taste right.
Just had a treadmill delivered for my wife... yay.
Also some odds and ends for my maxx coming today:
Washers to use...
How many computers do you have in that room?!?! lol!
My lipo's showed up as did my treal c-hubs for the maxx on Monday... this thing is going to get a bruising this weekend.
Got a feeling asking the MMX/2200kv to run 6S for any duration is going to be tough. Been looking at unsensored...
Treal is the brand. Pretty sure they use 7075 aluminum for most of their stuff. I have their servo saver in it now and it's really nicely machined.
I thought about those spot welders as I was sitting there fighting with it. Would maybe work ok for the tabs if you make 50 little spots, but you'd...
