Try 300K. I run that in my outcast 6s... kind of a different beast though, but should get you closer to a better drive with more power to the rear vs diffing out to the front. I run 500K in my kraton because it's longer wheel base, so the heavier oil helps it more, but both can still wheelie...

That's still not an overly robust esc, but should work better for you with that size of motor. With the other esc, I'd stick with 36mm motors vs a 40-42mm motor. 36mm motors are usually for smaller/lighter vehicles, unless you go with a long one (3680+) like the TP motors. Although, those motors...

Yeah, you would have wanted a 150A esc. 120A is what's used in something the size of the stampede 4x4 or outcast/kraton 4s 4x4. The motor should be fine though. The 8BL150 is a fairly cheap esc, similar to the blx185 that arrma used to use in their 6S stuff...

Could try a range of pinions if 11T ends up too small: https://www.amazon.com/AMOGOT-Metal-Steel-Pinion-Brushless/dp/B0934FH1XZ/

I think that's the same guy I got my traxxas jato conversion from. Was just a tray for the battery/receiver/esc and the motor mount, but it all worked really well. I had to modify the motor mount a tiny bit because my spur plate cooling fins bumped into it. Nothing 30 seconds with a dremel...
