Really looks like the wrong tooth pitch on the bell vs the spur. Odds are, your going to need a new spur and a bell for that spur. Traxxas vehicles use 1M and .8M/32P gears on some of their stuff. I think the stampede uses 32P like the old t-maxx. It appears that one has chewed up your spur...
