    DXtreme1 TMaxx Dual Builds

Yep. Can't remember the v/f rating though. I picked up a cap or two at radio shack (when they still sold that stuff) and made my own for a few bucks. It's just a simple can cap that's wired in parallel with the power rail on the receiver so the battery pack doesn't get overwhelmed by current...

They aren't prone to "glitches" per say, but they are high current servos and tend to cause brown outs (low voltage) which causes the receiver or other servos to get weird. The glitch buster is just a capacitor that hooks into an open channel of a receiver (or a Y connector). It supplies a...

Could try out a savox 0231MG, but might want to get a glitch buster cap to go with it. It's a pretty cheap and stout servo.

I have a servo similar to that... it's slow and not overly stout. Figured I'd give it a try too back when I got my brushless revo. I had ordered a couple others as well just in case. Took a couple videos of it next to other servos:

The stock 21TM is pretty decent in my revo. Was a nice bump up from the 3.3. Not nearly as gnarly as the LRP28 in my other revo.

I ran on OS18TM carb in my 3.3 just to have the thing hold a tune. It helped a lot, but I would have a hard time stomaching putting a $80 carb on a $100 engine. lol The carb was from an old tired 18TM I bought many years ago. Made the 3.3 run really well and hold a tune all day. Before I put...

    DXtreme1 TMaxx Dual Builds

There was a thread here just for those at one point. Someone trying to find them... may have been you. lol Had them on my Losi XXX-NT 20 years ago on all the ball joints. They were too soft to do much for slop, I think their intent is to keep dirt out.

Those things are expensive for what they are. I wanted to get one... but for $200... I'll just imagine my RC's do 50mph. :) As for the arma wheels not being splined, the issue you have is when the wheels are splined, but the hex's are not. I run traxxas geode's on my savage and I had to cut the...

That's a neat little switch. Tells you your charge level as well. Guessing it's not waterproof. Still cool though.

I'm kind of surprised the trans held up to the 21TM pre-modded. My revo didn't hold up to it well at all. I had it apart 3 or 4 times then ordered RRP steel for all the internals. Fried the main input gear and the output gears a couple times.

Could maybe give this THS pipe a try: http://www.mcssl.com/store/903f3169723d4d87bfe4b50494bf2b/110-t-maxx-25-33-os-18-tuned-exhaust-system Tuned for larger than the 2.5 engine. I run their small block pipe on my 21TM revo. At the time I bought it, they had 2, a low/high rpm pipe. I got the...
