Gearing. It's still faster than the VE version which tops out at 35. Those trucks have a lot of bottom end, lots of wheelies and really leap forward when you give them gas - and that's with the relatively weak KE25 engine. Put in a .28 or .32 and it turns into an out of control bucking...
