    gear Mash problem

    Original 2 speed gears and clutch? I have tried from "44T+48T" gears to "44T+47T" and the difference is already huge; impossible to set a proper gear mesh. Edit: I think you've said they are original.. maybe the OWB for the first speed is the wrong way around?
