    How do I properly tune a nitro aircraft engine?

    I think that you go in steps ,like run 1/4 throttle ,an tune leaner ,then run it at 1/2 throttle ,then tune again! It has ben years since I had messed with planes can't pre ignite on a fixed timed engine!

    Its a single needle ,the engine will let you know as you lean it out for maximum RPM's!...:cool:
