    Back in the day when I ran boats ,I used the mechanical speed control ,they handled 14.4 volts ,however ,my losi jr ,I had the $ 134.00 Super Rooster ESC by Novak & the $ 60.00 Modified Twister motor! That was all good but for only 5 min. of run time!....:doh:
