I imagine ,one could change the spur & bell if they experiment with them ,but some of those vehicles dont have no room for change ,even their sizes are a bit odd from 1/10 to 1/8 ,I think!

Some do interchange ,however ,one would have to watch out for the differences like sizes of the width of the bell .pitch of the gear ,an how many teeth it has ,Traxxas uses a different pitch gears!...:cool:
