    2Ah isn't very much capacity, is this a 1/10 car or smaller scale? If it's a mini then chances are you may have overheated the motor and it may need to be replaced.

    Are you using NiMh batteries? If so and the ESC has LVC enabled then you need to disable the LVC on the ESC.
