Toasted up what was left of yesterday's Parisian bread for dinner. Added cold rotisserie chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and mayo. Cape Cod kettle chips. A banana and some Medjool dates for dessert.
When it comes to sandwich bread, I could do toasted or non-toasted for a majority of sammies. However, for me there are some restrictions: BLT always toasted; PBJ never toasted; English muffins always toasted; pita bread never toasted.

I cooked the rice and milk with a cinnamon stick. I grated nutmeg onto the portions I'm about to eat.
