Very true. But there is well over $1000 there.

I priced mine out to build it just like that and it was around $1200. It's definitely worth the asking price with all the extras. Looks like it comes with a spare body also. I didn't even notice that before. The Futaba 4pm is $250 new. The GT5 is around $70 new. The more I look... it's a steal.
