Ok so it's for BIG "OS&Y" water values packing puller. I need them for work got a couple different sizes.. here's a video how it's used at 1.18 in video That guy looks like he's just breaking every electric tab out of that connector... all you need is a tiny flat head to bend the hooks...

I'm with Chubaka. OLD SCHOOL ALL THE WAY.. I get it.. you want to have exact sizes. And be consistent but that's why you just put the end againt a square edge and cut.. I don't use scissors.. I'm a knife or razor guy..but I do like the idea of that cool little MAN toy/tool 🤣🤣👍👍👍
