Yes. I think because the 990 has no choke I’m not priming it enough before starting it. When I put my hand over the carb and do one slow pull it doesn’t do it. Starts right up nice and low idle. It’s a reed case engine.

I have a losi 5IVE B with a 30.5 engine and when I first start it when its cold engine has high idle. I don’t have an air leak and carb has been replaced if I back out the low needle when cold the idle drops but then when it gets hot it loads up quickly and wants to stall out. I sprayed around...
