Its like the clutch does not disengage when release throttle, its like its still in gear connectet from engine to drivetrain. I sort of checked the clutch shoes but i can not se easy problem

While driving and when i relase throttle its like its still in gear when deacceleration from high rpm. I did take out the clutchbell and checked the function from the clutch shoes and Springs and they are fine and it still does this anyone familiar with this?
