No worries, sure this is your problem. Just to be sure make sure the conrod moves up & down when you turn the crank, it could be you have shred off the end of the crank but from the photos I don't think so. Also see if you can see the old pin in the casing, should be removed if it is in there...- Gazzman

Looks to me like you are just missing the pin & pressure spring.- Gazzman
