Welcome to the site, Elroy. On my bandit, I re-ca glued it as time went on. On my rears, I got to the point of smearing glue around the rim/tire meeting point. As for replacement, 2.2 stadium tire to 2.8 traxxas style wheel. Any tire change will need a regear on the spur and pinion.
