    I built a vacuum forming bed using 2x4 to frame it and used peg board on top and bottom. For smaller objects, I would tape over the outer holes not being used to have good suction. You can also use 2 vacuums st once if needed, as long as you can feed them. I used to get polycarbonate sheet...
