    I have had very BAD luck with the Integy parts. I would recommend against them.

    RPM bumpers are also a great upgrade as well.

    For arms of a Slash, I'd always go with RPM parts, NOT aluminum. Aluminum looks pretty but doesn't hold up well in my experience. For shocks and springs, I'd go with the Traxxas upgraded shocks and their spring kits.
