I was able to ordrer my Kyosho Fazer MK2. They were out of stock for about a year. I will be doing upgrades. I bought the metal center driveshaft and replaced the plastic one. I will be upgrading to brushless & sensorless motor with ESC. I bought some foam tires for my Kyosho FW06 also a 1/10 and lots of parts are compatible with the Fazer MK2.

I also need a low profile 3s 50c 5200mAh LiPo battery. The 3s in my Losi Tenacity is slightly taller and wont fit in the battery compartment.

Great looking car @StephMir
Thanks. It drives really nice. can't wait for the upgrades. Its only $229 RTR just needs batteries. a LiPo and AA.

That's not bad. I just paid that for a brand new xl5 brushed 4-tec chassis rtr from my lhs. And then I still had to buy a body. I had an extra velenion 3s system so I swapped that in and its been a blast.

Nice ride man. looks sweet that orange and looks like gun metal gray. Nice

Kyosho rc's have come a long way over the yrs. I still have my kyosho pro X buggie from yrs ago .that I would like to switch to brushless.

Really nice car man. I have always been a huge fan of Kyosho cars. The Legendary series is some of the nicest stuff out there, but I haven't got into the Fazer chassis yet. Thinking about the new Mad Van coming out which should be pretty sweet.

Will be watching for the upgrades.

It is a beautiful body. The car handles ok. I just installed the brushless motor and ESC. Its the Hobbywing Max10 3652 5400kv combo and 5200mAh 3s LiPo. Also using the stock/plastic 32t pinion. I hit about 47mph on 3s LiPo. The suspension needs a bit of tweaking at those higher speeds. I'm going to buy the metal pinions and spur gear. Also installed my foamie tires from my Kyosho FW06 and it handles so much better than rubber tires.

Yeah, they have been around for years. This is my 2nd Kyosho. My first electric on-road. I'm a huge Kyosho fan.

Yeah That Frazer is sweet. I must say love the orange on gray body nice color. I'm more of a dirt guy my self. But would love to put a brushless system into the pro x see how fast it can get. Just worried Bout the sst transmission. Not sure it will hold up to the power of brushless.

Man, that thing rips. I just went to Tower to see if they had them in stock yet and they don't. But I also see they have a nitro and electric 1/8 Mercedes coming soon! It looks pretty bad@$$

Yes that is a sick car! Its got a .25 engine. I wish I had an on-road track near me but no luck in Texas.

She is a zippy little thing isn't she! You need to break out the side walk chalk and mark out a track on your street. :)

I just installed the metal Rear Hubs. They look sweet! I have the metal Front Hubs arriving in couple days. Also, I'm replacing that silly silver plastic rotor/hub with the FAW204 HD Wheel Hub that screws onto the bearing hub. I already removed the red plastic caliper. Unnecessary. For those that want it to look cool, I understand. I prefer functionality over looking cool. Plus you really can't see anything when its going over 60mph.
I have to order a couple more clear bodies because I've already bashed and cracked the Mercedes body. :thumbs-down:
BTW, I've ordered the Carbon Fiber shock towers and Carbon Fiber front bumper mount support.:thumbs-up:

Wow that Kyosho Inferno On-Road is a beast! 1/8 scale with a .25 engine. I don't think I would trust myself to run that on anything but an asphalt track. I would want to go fast. Too bad I don't have tracks near me.
