I received my new tires and wheels and will superglue them soon. The problem I have is the pin for the new hex doesn't fit into any of my axles because the pin is thicker and bigger. Suggestions please?

Are the hex from your old wheels and the new ones different sizes? If they are the same size, then the wheels should bolt right onto the original hex. If yours has the 7MM, and not the 12MM, what hexes did you get? These say they are a direct fit to use 12MM wheels on that car: https://www.amazon.com/Hobbypark-Aluminum-Convert-Adapter-Upgrade/dp/B01GXJQSEI
Depending on the diameter of the new pin, and the diameter of the axle, you could try drilling your axle for the bigger pin, but, that might make the axle weaker.

The stock hex are smaller so I bought the 7mm hex because that's what is required for the new rims. I'm new to the RC world and not sure if I can change out the axles or not plus I'm not an experienced mechanic on RCs. But I did put 50 weight shock oil in my shocks, lol!

The stock hex should be 7MM, and the new hex 12MM. There are a bunch of different style adapters you can buy, like the ones i linked before, or these: https://www.amazon.com/DiDi-iRC-Adapter-Control-Aluminum/dp/B01H26YNLG Hobbypark even makes a set with new axles, hexes, and pins, but, i havent found a part number, and Amazon is out of stock on them at the moment. i did find them through Amazon Australia, but they are kind of pricey, and say something about being from an international supplier, and i have no idea what that means, but here they are: https://www.amazon.com.au/Aluminum-Convert-Adapter-Locknuts-Upgrade/dp/B07D33D6VS

Edit: I found them on Amazon through a different name: https://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Convert-Adapter-Locknuts-Upgrade/dp/B07D33D6VS and these are from Amazon UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Racing-Convert-Adapter-Locknuts-Conversion/dp/B07HKCL12B

Can you measure the original and the new pins diameter, or ask one of the techs to do it. Its best to do it with a dial or digital caliper. If the new pins are only a little bit bigger, as in, 1 or 2 CM, then drilling the original axles would be pretty simple. You would just need to find a drill bit that small, which may or may not be a simple task on base.
