Horizon Hobby has shared an important update regarding its 2025 event schedule. Due to ongoing economic conditions and a strategic realignment of resources, the company has made the difficult decision to cancel Horizon RC Fest, Axialfest Badlands, and Axialfest Europe for this year.
While these hallmark events will be on hiatus, Horizon Hobby remains deeply committed to the RC community. The team will still have a strong presence at premier events such as Beat the Creek, SEFF, Joe Nall, and EAA AirVenture. In addition, the Horizon Hobby Factory Tour will continue its journey across the Midwest, visiting local hobby shops with live demonstrations, product showcases, and opportunities to meet the team.
Horizon Hobby encourages fans to stay connected through their social media channels for updates on event appearances throughout the summer. Although 2025 will look a little different, the dedication to delivering top-tier RC experiences remains stronger than ever.

As we look ahead to 2025, we’ve had to make some tough decisions. Due to ongoing economic uncertainty and a strategic need to refocus our resources, we’ve made the difficult choice to cancel Horizon RC Fest, Axialfest Badlands and Axialfest Europe for this year.
We know how much these events mean to you — they mean just as much to us. This wasn’t a decision we made lightly.
That said, we’re still hitting the road and can’t wait to see you at some of the best events in RC and beyond, including Beat the Creek, SEFF, Joe Nall, and EAA AirVenture. Plus, our Horizon Hobby Factory Tour will continue visiting hobby shops across the Midwest, bringing hands-on demos, product showcases, and a chance to connect with our team.
